JUDGE: Children’s literary agent JULIA CHURCHILL, choosing from a shortlist selected by a team of junior judges aged from 7 to 17

PRIZE: £2,000 with an additional shortlist prize of £500 sponsored by Cornerstones Literary Consultancy

SUBMISSIONS: First 3,000 words plus one page synopsis of novels written for children or young adults

ELIGIBILITY: Entries are invited from children’s novelists of any nationality, who are unagented and yet to have a novel traditionally published
